If you are a beginner, you may want to watch the video a few times first. And you can always have it playing in front of you as you are doing the workouts. You can even pause and go back and re-try the exercises until you get your motion exactly right with each of them. But when you get used to all the motions, it is more about ensuring that you are doing things in the right way, as opposed to learning how all of the exercises work. But in either case, you will be really happy with the workout.
